Service Description: Sierra Labor offers a range of repair and maintenance services for residential and commercial properties. Our skilled handymen are trained to perform various tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
Service Availability: Our services are available in Lincoln, Roseville, Rocklin, Loomis, Granit bay. However, certain services may be limited to specific areas, and availability may vary based on the scheduling and workload. We will do our best to accommodate your request in a timely manner.
Estimates and Quotes: We provide free estimates for our services. The estimates are based on the information provided by the customer. The final cost may vary depending on the actual scope of work and any additional factors discovered during the job. We will inform you of any changes to the estimate before proceeding.
Service Appointment and Cancellation: To schedule a service appointment, you can contact us via phone, email, or text. We encourage you to provide as much detail about the service needed as possible to help us better prepare for the job. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Payment Terms: Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the job. We accept cash, Venmo, Paypal, or other payment methods as specified on our website or during the booking process. Invoices will be provided upon request. A deposit may be required for larger projects, and this will be communicated to you in advance.
Materials and Equipment: We may use our own tools, materials, and equipment for the job. If you have specific materials you want us to use, please inform us in advance. Any extra costs incurred due to the use of specific materials will be discussed with you beforehand.
Liability and Insurance: Sierra Labor carries liability insurance to protect both our customers and our team members. However, we are not responsible for any damage or loss to personal belongings or property that is not directly caused by our negligence. Please ensure that any valuable or fragile items are safely stored away during the service.
Safety and Access: For the safety of our team and successful completion of the job, please ensure a clear and safe working space is provided. Keep children and pets away from the work area during the service. If the job requires access to your property while you are away, arrangements should be made to provide entry.
Warranty: We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Our services come with a 90-day warranty, covering any defects or issues that arise due to our work. Please report any problems within the warranty period, and we will rectify the issue promptly.
Customer Satisfaction: We value your satisfaction with our services. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our work, please inform us, and we will work to address your concerns.
Confidentiality and Privacy: We respect your privacy and will handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
